ArtLook Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and Mars, the operator of ArtLook ("we", "us"). By accessing or using ArtLook, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Additional terms may apply to subscriptions, App Store purchases, or third-party services. These Terms of Use also serve as ArtLook's End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Our Product

ArtLook provides consumer AI photo editing tools for templates, prompt-based edits, portrait updates, background changes, restoration, enhancement, social styles, history, and exports. Features may change over time.

3. Eligibility, Age, and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use ArtLook, and you must also meet the minimum age at which a person can consent to digital services where you live, whichever age is higher. If you are below that age, you may not use ArtLook. If you are a minor where you live, you may use ArtLook only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms for you.

ArtLook is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly let children below the minimum age use it. ArtLook creates a guest account for your installation rather than a sign-in account, so there is no password to keep; you are still responsible for activity that happens through your device, subscription, or app installation. If you believe a child has used ArtLook or provided information to us, contact us and we will review it and take appropriate action.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate laws, regulations, platform rules, or third-party rights.
• Do not create, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or harassing content.
• Do not upload images or prompts you do not have the right to use.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass product security or payment systems.
• Do not misrepresent edited or AI-generated images in a way that harms others or violates law.

5. AI Features and User Responsibility

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing results before relying on, sharing, publishing, or acting on them.

6. User Content

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content to provide, maintain, protect, and improve ArtLook, including generating the outputs you request and providing support. We do not train AI models on your content.

7. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Paid features, credits, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store. ArtLook Pro grants 500 credits every week and does not put templates behind a separate unlock: Pro and free users can use the same templates, and the difference between them is the weekly credit amount. A free user receives a one-time welcome grant of 20 credits, and generations stop once the balance is used up. Generations consume credits at the amount quoted for the task before you submit it, and weekly credits expire at the end of the weekly period they were granted for.

The plans, the price in your local currency, the billing period, and the renewal rules are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase, and are described in our Subscription Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Our app, website, designs, software, logos, names, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

9. Third-Party Services

ArtLook relies on service providers that process information on our instructions, including Apple for App Store purchases and transaction verification, RevenueCat for subscription management, Amazon Web Services for object storage and content delivery, and an OpenAI-compatible image API for image generation. These providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy names what each of them receives.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or limit any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that ArtLook will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region or on every device.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtLook is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtLook and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the ArtLook operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or from ArtLook. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section removes the mandatory protections, or your right to bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you live, that the law gives you.
