ArtLook Subscription Terms

These terms apply to ArtLook Pro subscriptions, credits, renewals, cancellations, and other paid entitlements purchased through the App Store.

Last updated: September 11, 2026

1. ArtLook Pro Benefits

ArtLook Pro is sold as a weekly plan and an annual plan. Both plans provide:

  • 500 credits every week for as long as the subscription is active. An annual subscription grants 500 credits each week for up to 52 weeks.
  • Use of the template catalog. Templates are not behind a separate unlock tier: Pro and free users can use the same templates, and the difference between the two is the weekly credit amount.

Free users receive a one-time welcome grant of 20 credits. Every generation consumes credits at the amount quoted for that task before you submit it, and generations stop once the balance is used up.

Credits are used in the order they were granted. You can see your current balance in the app.

2. Plans, Prices, and Billing

  • ArtLook Pro is available as a weekly subscription and an annual subscription. The App Store shows the plans, the price in your local currency, the billing period, and the renewal rules before you confirm a purchase.
  • Prices are set per region and may change; the price you pay is the one shown to you at purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • The annual plan is billed once for the year, while its credits are granted week by week over the year.

3. Free Trials and Promotions

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the offer terms shown by Apple at purchase confirmation control. A trial may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew afterwards.

5. Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. ArtLook cannot directly issue App Store refunds. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the credits that came from it are removed from your balance.

6. Credits, Entitlements, and Restore

Subscription status, credit grants, and expiry dates are validated with Apple and stored by our subscription systems. We verify a purchase with Apple through the App Store Server API when the app can supply signed transaction evidence; if Apple's verification cannot return a result, the purchase may instead be recorded from the app's purchase confirmation. RevenueCat is used to keep purchase state in step between the app and our servers. Entitlements may take a short time to update after a purchase, renewal, restore, or cancellation.

Restore Purchases checks the subscription against the guest account currently on your device. Because ArtLook has no sign-in, a subscription is matched to the account of the device you restore from.

7. Support and Contact

Questions about a subscription, a missing credit grant, or a purchase that did not activate can be sent to support@591master.com, or raised through our Support page. These Subscription Terms are published by Mars, the operator of ArtLook.
