ArtLook Support
ArtLook is operated by Mars. Support is handled by email — there is no phone line and no ticket portal.

1. Contact Us
Email support@591master.com for help with ArtLook. Write in English or Chinese. We aim to reply within two business days, and we answer messages in the order we receive them.
2. What to Include
To help us answer faster, please include:
- What you were doing and what happened instead.
- The ArtLook app version and your iOS version.
- The task or result ID, if your question is about a specific generation.
- A screenshot, if it shows the problem.
- For purchase questions: the Apple ID you purchased with and the date of the purchase. Never send your Apple ID password, payment details, or App Store receipt data.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
ArtLook Pro is billed by Apple, so subscription changes happen in your Apple ID settings, not inside ArtLook.
- Manage or cancel a subscription: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Request a refund from Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles App Store refunds; ArtLook cannot issue them directly.
The plans, the price in your local currency, and the renewal rules are described in our Subscription Terms.
4. Credits
- Every generation consumes credits at the amount quoted for that task before you submit it.
- ArtLook Pro grants 500 credits every week while the subscription is active. A free user receives a one-time welcome grant of 20 credits.
- Credits are used in the order they were granted.
- If you cancel a task, or a task fails, the credits reserved for it are released back to your balance.
- If your balance does not look right after a purchase or a restore, email us with the purchase date and we will check it.
5. Uploads and Generation Failures
- Uploads must be JPEG or PNG files. A photo in another format is rejected before the task starts.
- A generation can fail if the image cannot be processed or the result does not come back complete. Retryable failures can be retried from the app.
- Uploaded photos and results are available for a limited time — see section 7 of the Privacy Policy for the exact periods — so save the results you want to keep to your photo library.
6. Photos, Camera, and Permissions
ArtLook asks for photo or camera access only when you start an action that needs it. If you declined a permission, you can turn it back on in iOS Settings under ArtLook.
7. Your Data
ArtLook has no sign-in: your data is linked to the guest account created for your installation. That means we may not be able to match a request to your data if you have reinstalled the app or moved to another device. Write to support@591master.com to ask for a copy of your data, to ask us to correct or delete it, or to ask a privacy question, and we will tell you what we can do.
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription, and it does not give you a new welcome credit balance.
