PicStudio Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PicStudio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Additional terms may apply to subscriptions, App Store purchases, or third-party services. These Terms of Use also serve as PicStudio's End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Our Product

PicStudio provides consumer AI photo editing tools for templates, prompt-based edits, portrait updates, background changes, restoration, enhancement, social styles, history, and exports. Features may change over time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be old enough to use digital services in your jurisdiction and have the authority to accept these Terms. You are responsible for activity through your device, account, subscription, or app installation.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate laws, regulations, platform rules, or third-party rights.
• Do not create, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or harassing content.
• Do not upload images or prompts you do not have the right to use.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass product security or payment systems.
• Do not misrepresent edited or AI-generated images in a way that harms others or violates law.

5. AI Features and User Responsibility

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing results before relying on, sharing, publishing, or acting on them.

6. User Content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content to provide, maintain, protect, and improve PicStudio, including generating requested outputs and providing support.

7. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Paid features, credits, free trials, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through Apple App Store systems unless otherwise stated. Subscription terms are shown before purchase and in our Subscription Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Our app, website, designs, software, logos, names, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

9. Third-Party Services

PicStudio may rely on third-party platforms and service providers, including Apple services, analytics, hosting, AI processing, payment infrastructure, and support tools. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or limit any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that PicStudio will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region or on every device.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicStudio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicStudio and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you use PicStudio.
